It includes;
- training for law enforcement to be more aware of cyclist laws and rights,
- limits on how many riders can ride abreast,
- states fines for traffic law violations, but they don't affect your auto insurance (good thing because if you didn't have it..)
- some protections for cyclists overtaking one another, and
- loose regulations about cars turning right in front of cyclists.
And almost comically, car occupants incur a $100 fine for opening car doors into cyclists. Umm, $100 plus pay my medical bills, perhaps.
I wonder how it'll fare in the House.
