Idiots on wheels

I watched a rider yesterday navigate through traffic. He rides up on the sidewalk. Decides he needs to take a left. Hops off the sidewalk into traffic. He pulls in front of a slow moving car, doesn't appear to even look to see if the car is slowing for him. Holds out his left hand to indicate a turn. He then rides up on the center line with his arm out. Meanwhile, traffic coming the other way is almost going on the sidewalk to avoid hitting him. He rolls up to the four way stop. Looks just to the left, where he wants to go, and proceeds to roll into the middle of the intersection. Traffic stops mid-intersection to avoid hitting him. He continues on through the intersection and takes his left onto the middle yellow lines in the road. He then pulls back onto the sidewalk between two parked cars and continues on.

Idiot.
